Law Mantri does not collect, process, or handle any payments for legal services.
1. No Payment Collection by Law Mantri
All fees, consultation charges, or professional payments are:
• Mutually decided between the client and the concerned lawyer
• Paid directly to the lawyer
• Outside the scope and control of Law Mantri
Law Mantri does not act as a payment intermediary and has no involvement in financial transactions between users and lawyers.
2. No Refund Responsibility
Since Law Mantri does not receive or manage any payments:
• Law Mantri is not responsible for refunds, cancellations, or payment disputes
• Any refund-related discussions must be directly addressed between the client and the lawyer
3. Professional Fees & Agreements
All professional fees, payment terms, and service conditions are governed by mutual understanding between the client and the lawyer, in accordance with applicable laws and professional standards.
4. Limitation of Financial Liability
Law Mantri shall not be liable for:
• Payment disputes
• Fee disagreements
• Refund claims
• Financial losses arising from lawyer-client arrangements
5. User Acknowledgement
By using the Law Mantri platform, users acknowledge and agree that:
• Law Mantri’s role is limited to providing a professional connection platform
• Financial dealings are strictly between the client and the lawyer

Law Mantri reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
